Built around 1870, this house has received numerous cover-ups and lack of attention.

Walls and layers of finishes were removed to reveal the original materials of the house. The first floor is brightened with an open plan as the more public/working/entertaining spaces of the house. The second and third floors proved to be more challenging as demolition uncovered a history of neglect. A double-height space has been opened to create a more private living area with a lofted bedroom above and bedrooms beyond.
